Definitely not your typical looking staff! However, they are arguably the cutest staff you will ever see. At our home bakery, we are committed to serving nothing but the best to our customers, and that starts with our ingredients. Our baked goods that contain eggs are made from our chickens' eggs, often laid that very same day. This brings an unmatched quality to everything that we serve while also giving our customers a peace of mind of where some of where our ingredients are sourced.

We stray away from using industry sourced eggs, where chickens are often kept in small, cramped cages under constant stress. Many of these chickens don't get the change to feel sunlight or roam outdoors. We don't support these practices which is why it is so important to us that our eggs come from chickens raised with care, space, and nothing but love.

You wouldn't expect it, but these modern dinosaurs have such unique personalities as well! My Plymouth Rock Shadow pictured above is such a bossy and curious lady! She is often the first to snoop around and peck at anything new, including people. She is not a big cuddler, but she will tolerate it. She is the complete opposite of my Golden Laced Wyandotte Maple. Maple is a huge cuddle bug and will always be by my feet waiting for me to pick her up for pets. Very diverse flock in terms of breeds and personalities, but they all take their roles in our home bakery very seriously.
